Our invoices are payable in Bree. We do not deviate from this rule if we draw bills of exchange on customers. In the event of disputes, only the courts of Hasselt and Tongeren shall have jurisdiction. Any invoice not paid on the due date, i.e. 30 days, will be increased by an interest of 8% without prior notice. If this invoice leads to legal proceedings due to non-payment on the due date, the amount will be increased by a fixed compensation of 15% with a minimum of €25. Complaints will only be accepted if submitted within 8 days after delivery.
